Welcome to the Whiteman Inn. We are very proud of our accommodations and hope your visit is a very pleasant and enjoyable one. Customer satisfaction is our goal, and service is our business. There are 187 total rooms available at any given time. All Air Force Inn rooms are non-smoking. All violators may be charged a cleaning fee of up to $150.

When checking in, DOD identification must be shown. Advance payment must be made at check-in or secured with a credit card. Payment may be made at any time day or night. Visa, Mastercard and club proprietary card are accepted. A $25 fee is charged for any returned check. Late or deferred payments must be approved in advance by the lodging manager. Refunds for advance payments or overpayments are made on the spot or mailed to you.

Checkout is 1100 hours. Late checkouts are charged an additional fee. If you anticipate a delay in checking out, notify the front desk immediately. Allowance is made if possible. The lodging staff will secure your luggage in the event you cannot pick it up prior to checkout. At the time of checkout, we ask you to secure your guest room and return the key to the front counter.

The front counter is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist you. Please feel free to contact them with any problems, suggestions or comments. Also, in your guest room is a comment card we would ask you to complete and deposit at the front counter. We look forward to serving you again.

PRIME KNIGHT AIRCREW LODGING

The Whiteman Inn is dedicated to supporting aircrews. Express check-in/check-out procedures are used to pre-register the crews. Keys and transportation are provided to the aircraft commander upon arrival. We offer services and amenities comparable to those found at quality hotels/motels and do our utmost to provide comfort and convenience to support crew-rest needs. To guarantee the best possible service to our PRIME KNIGHT guests, we ask that the party call the Lodging front desk to ensure prior to arrival.

Guests living in TLFs are responsible for:
  • Washing of dishes and utensils
  • Removal of excess garbage (such as hold baggage) and other large amounts of trash
  • General condition of the unit and furnishings
  • Referring maintenance problems to the front desk

    If you have a specific housekeeping request, contact the head housekeeper in charge of your room. If you have a specific comment about the services provided, please contact the lodging manager during normal duty hours.
